The President’s Thoughts

All who attended the Annual Installation Banquet had a grand time on June 2nd at the Oak Brook Hills Resort. The attendance was outstanding and many stayed to dance the night away to the sounds of the extremely talented and entertaining Al Sophia Orchestra. If you were not there, you missed a great evening!

The November elections are not far off. We will be sponsoring several fundraisers for candidates that are committed to consumer and victim rights. I urge you to respond to the requests for your support when you receive them.. Any delay could make the difference in whether the right candidate is successful in their election. ITLA will also be helpful in other areas that will be crucial to our success in the November elections. Please respond quickly when you receive these requests.

The response to the requests for volunteers and suggestions for a mentoring program have been overwhelming. I had no idea that the program would generate so much interest. You will be receiving more information after our Executive Committee meets to formalize plans. If any of you have suggestions or would like to volunteer your time or office, please contact me.

Selections for the Executive Committee and committee chairmanships have been made. You will be receiving notices shortly. As always, feel free to contact me with any suggestions or requests. With your help we will have a successful year.

We have enjoyed the success of our initiatives under Mike Reagan's term as President. Lets keep the momentum going.
